Ran with a different group tonight closer to home. Mostly guys, we went at a more brisk pace than what i was hoping for! I still felt sluggish, and i got dropped in the last couple of k's. 2 more days til my debut trail running event in Canada, time to rest and get my legs working again.
4 laps up the same hill from a few weeks ago, but a bit slower, and in the cool of the morning. About 3 minutes recovery in between.
