Short varied run along the trails to see how my knees are, much better. Though didn't get much sleep last night due to a work deadline.

2nd time i've used my apartment's pool, and 1st time i'm getting used to goggles. Without the chlorine burning my eyes this time i managed to swim twice the amount...still feeble compared to any actual swimmer. 18 laps with a minutes rest between the 4th, 8th and 12th.
