Missed the bus to Rosedale so ran with Yonge st instead. Did the same 10k loop i've done twice before, but this time at a much more milder pace with a different crew. My pace was slowed even further by the intense need to pee, and it was too controversial to peel off in the forest with this lot and do your business. At least the slow pace was good for my ITB, i've almost recovered back to mid year level.

A stupid workout to a stupid instructor. One of those people who think they're a coach on the biggest loser and doesn't understand the concept of spinning to free up the lactic acid after heavy resistance. She pretty much wanted us to do heavy resistance 100% of the way.
