easy trainer spin. not much time but wanted to get on for a bit. nice warm up before O meet.

Pt. defiance O course. Good run foot/leg hurt a bunch. montrails really sucked on my heals. Wear them only becaus eI like the cleat pattern for O.

Think i did ok overall. After choosing a great route to the firt control I proceeded to blow it by not running down the trail far enough to the control. wasted a couple of minutes there. few other controls were not placed real well or had minor map errors near the controls and the control card covered a big chunk of the map but kning the trails, it had no effect on me.

easy spin to try out the leg. doesn't seem to hurt too much while exercising but alot after.

I think that I will be doing alot of swimming for a while. no pain until I get out of the pool and stand up. faster than i thought I would be considering I haven't swam in month. must be the extra blubber providing bouyancy

couldn't find a sub for the spin class. paid the price. iced and elevated the leg right after but still hurts
