Starting out slow and making some goals:
Goal 1: No more than a six pack a day
Goal 2: No beer before 3:00PM
Exceptions:
Any reason deemed by me to important will warrent susspension of the above rules for any given day.
Need to start out easy. No point in setting unobtainable goals and setting myself up for failure.
