workout at work after Ff challenge.

Firefighter Combat Challenge 15:00 [4]

Full bunker gear on air;
500m rows
20 tire flips
50yd farmer carry 60lbs/arm (largest dumbels we have)
repeat until out of air.

Tried this once before and failed miserably. Got one evolution today but couldn't go back in the gym to row again so did 10 flights of stairs with air remaining

Not sure of the actual time

Will move rower outside next time and wash rinse repeat.

couple of easy miles with David up on silverdale paths. He took a digger on a wooden bridge. Reminded me of JVG on the Porter side.

Paddled around Hood Canal with David before Cub Scout Camp. got to paddle with some porpusses.
