Heal a bit sore this morning. Otherwise body parts are intact after Calero race.

Orienteering race 1:17:33 [5] 4.8 km (16:09 / km) +290m 12:24 / km

Nice day at Calero. Cloudy, Temp around 70. Green course was as expected quite physical. Kept sliding down the steep slopes. Fight was undermapped. But the course was well set. Good route choices on many legs. Made a 2-3 minute error on control seven when I didn't read the contour well (or maybe they were just wrong), can't decide. Otherwise no errors except spending some time on a few controls circumventing the under mapped fight. Overall a good run technically. Physically started off feeling weak. To my credit I was able to push through the entire 77 minutes without falling apart. Although it took some fortitude. Won a T-shirt for being the club champ, I think it was for male over 60, but not sure.

WAs set to do a half hour run, but woke up with a sore ankle and heel. So instead headed to the Y for 20 minutes on the Precor. Followed up by the usual 20 minutes of yoga. Then home for an hour of gardening.
NOt sure how I will feel atw Calero. Guess I will run Green. My final Club Championship until I move to up Brown net year.

Bike path on the Bart tracks to Richmond and then back past Albany. tok it easy except for pushing up the last hill.
