QOC Meet at Wheaton Regional Park. This was a small park, but since it was new to me I found it interesting. The locals thought it all so boring. Made a 180 on 7 that cost me about 3 minutes, Otherwise was pretty much right on. I felt I was running a bit more on the trails. Maybe starting to get stronger.

These 5 QOC winter events have been my lifeline during an otherwise heavy emotional time. I think that Quantico has the best local events that I have seen in the US. A meet almost every week even in the winter. Great forest venues, good maps, terrific course setting, superb automated organization. Not to mention the many happy, friendly people. I am thankful.
