Nav-X 3 hour score O at Boreal. Walked slowly and enjoyed the views. Only used 2:24. 800m climb up to the ridge wiped me out. I thought I had another 100 points but approached a very technically set control, found a ribbon but no flag. Turns out I was short of the actual control. This course wiped me out.

Boreal Ridge, first time here in over 20 years. Supposed to be a middle course but more like an ultralong. Map was still in pretty good shape. A few bobbles here and there. Physically fell apart on the steep rocky slopes of the second half of the course. Was walking wobbly.
