Had a good w/o! Did 20mins bike (good to use different muscles), 20mins elliptical, then 20 more mins of bike. Ate chinese food at work, so will eat a light dinner.
didn't w/o today -- missed it. was busy in am and pm, want to start jogging in pm
eating was good
