in blue mountain. i made the mistake of going off trail in places with too many down hemlock to be art of a good slow endurance sesh, as I see it. went with map n compass, reading along every so often

ive been told to do weights on distance run days, so today i did bicep stuff. perhaps it is only meant dont do leg wieghts on interval run days, i dont know.
