four flat, one up hill 5x(60-20/25) im so out of shape these really housed me. granted i press really hard for that 60 seconds, maybe im not supposed to press quite hard..or maybe there are different types of interval trainings, where you prepare to do more of them, etc....

think i did 8 miles...not too sure...wasnt pushin hard, but steady, stopped only once for like 30 sec to talk to people i knew. ive been told to take straight endurance runs atleast twice a week...comments?
5x(60sec-20) dont know if this is a good ratio or not...i dont know these things...anyway after four of these i was HOUSED!! (thats my age slang for really really tired and haveing now energy) so the last one wasnt as hard pressing nor 60 seconds...is this too long between intervals? i was pressing pretty hard, are you supposed to press as hard as you can for the given interval?
