Run (Trail) 1:34:37 [1] 14.5 km (6:32 / km)
ahr:144 max:165 shoes: New Balance

Easy run in the Credit Valley, just trying to keep the heart rate as low as possible. Legs a little sore after yesterday.

Orienteer race 1:11:00 [4] 8.0 km (8:53 / km)
ahr:172 max:185 shoes: New Balance

Awesome day. Minus all the adventure racing, I really haven't done much true orienteering. A few REALLY bad controlls. Found myself at 17, thinking it was 16, and then couldn't find 17 after I got 16; even though I had already been there. Awesome course and very well put on event! Hope to do it again next year. Always enjoy racing against tough competition which there was plenty of.

Orienteer race 22:00 [5] 3.5 km (6:17 / km)
shoes: New Balance

Really enjoy this fast course. Missed 5, and found myself at 6. Other than, it went pretty smooth. I think this race really complemented the first race well!

Sports (Hockey Game) 14:00 [4]

First game of the year. Lost 5-3 with an empty netter. They were a good team with a bunch of ex junior players. Legs felt dead after 1 shift. Why does running not convert into skating better?

Run (Trail) 1:33:34 [3] 14.0 km (6:41 / km)
ahr:167 max:184 shoes: New Balance

Felt like I was taking it really easy, but I think the pace was solid because the heart rate was relatively high. Ran the flats the whole way except for the end where you have to climb in the ridge.

Run (Trail) 1:23:23 [3] 12.6 km (6:37 / km)
ahr:162 max:180 shoes: New Balance

Chill run along the ridge in the Don Valley. Average heart rate is higher than I thought.
