My longest run/walk in recent months. Generally, ran 70 sec / walked 50 sec. My pulse was only 120 at the end of each run, until the last half mile or so, when it was hitting 130. So maybe I'm very slowly getting back into cardiovascular shape. Still, I don't seem to be able to run steadily for any significant period (say, 3 minutes) w/o my pulse getting higher than I think it should for that level of effort.
