Around the big block with Petey. I had planned on doing 3 miles or more but my legs seemed shot, presumably from doing intervals yesterday.

I've been having a plantar fasciitis problem with my left foot. Wearing a "Good Feet" brand insert helps a lot, but it is bulky and not exactly comfortable. I've never worn it for running, until today. I started out without it and my heel started to hurt almost immediately. I wasn't far from home, so I came back and put the Good Feet insert in, and ran with it. It actually wasn't noticeably uncomfortable, at least for this short of a run, and it felt way better than the heel pain I had before putting it in.
