On canal path, from Wayneport Rd, going east to a bit past Rt 350. With both dogs. I was on the move for 60 minutes, with four 1-minute walking breaks included in the 60 minutes.

Bristol Mountain. Tried to run up to midway point. My mistake was trying to go up one of the steepest ("most difficult") ski trails. At my current level of conditioning, I just couldn't maintain any sort of running form on the very steep, unrelenting ski slope. So instead of a run up, it was running mixed in with walking (more walking than running), but still a very vigorous workout. Next time, I will try running up Infinity, a beginner's slope. The total climb will be the same as what I attempted today, but it is a much longer, more gentle slope that I may have a better chance of running a higher percentage of.

Along canal, starting in Fairport park. Lots of people on the canal path. Had Hazel dog with me. First time in new shoes; they seem quite good.

Webster Turkey Trot. The course is advertised as 4.4 miles but is definitely shorter than that; I estimate 4.25 miles. I finished dead middle in my age group (12 out of 23), which I wasn't terribly happy with, but based on my low level of running during the last year, I couldn't expect much different.

At Durand Eastman Park, mostly on closed roads, also through some Huntington Hills neighborhoods just south of the park.
