Running 58:30 [1] 6.32 mi (9:15 / mi)
shoes: Nike Pegasus Tr Dec 08

Easy run with Anne on a nice sunny afternoon. Started at my house, over to Maple, up Maple to Drum, eventually to Pellet, north on Pellet, detoured into the trails in the Gosnell woods on the left, came out on Lake Rd, to Baker, to the Hojack trail, to Drum, back Maple and home.

Very significant lake effect cooling. The weather report says it is around 52 in Rochester now; it's around 45 at our house (about 2 miles from the lake), and much have been no higher than upper 30's along Lake Road.

Running 1:23:00 [3] 9.35 mi (8:53 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Kahana May 08

Semi-long run on a sunny afternoon, low to mid 40's. Cheryl dropped me off at Lakeshore and St. Paul in Irondequoit, and I ran home from there, doing a detour on some roads in Durand Eastman. Much cooler along the lake than even a little bit inland.

Running 25:06 [2] 2.43 mi (10:20 / mi)
weight:174.5lbs shoes: Asics Gel Kahana 10-07 - screw

Fairly easy trail run at Whiting Rd trails. Once around the perimeter trail system. I expected the trails to be mostly frozen mud -- instead they were mostly unfrozen mud, much sloppier than I had anticipated. Would not have gone there if I had known how muddy things would be.

Genesee River Trail, from Charlotte to near Lake Ave. and back. Very very windy; some of the trail was sheltered but some was very open.

Running 49:44 [3] 6.01 mi (8:17 / mi)
max:156 weight:174lbs shoes: Screw shoes Asics Kahana 2 Mar

Mid afternoon run, from home. To Bay, Rt 104 path, Gravel Rd, Ridge Rd, 5ML Rd, 104 path to Maple, then back home, walking last 0.3 miles or so.

Overcast day, upper 30's, not much wind. Started raining lightly around the 2 mile mark, and got slightly heavier through the rest of the run. Normally I dislike running in rain, even light rain, but it didn't start until I was out running, it didn't seem too objectionable.
