Back in Webster! Morning run, from home. It was a great trip but it also felt real good to be home.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale (for the first time in 10 days or so) before getting into the shower, and seeing that my weight was in the range that it had been pre-trip. After a week of lots of driving, a moderate amount of eating, and inconsistent running, I was braced for worse news from the scale.

Running 43:41 [3] 5.06 mi (8:38 / mi)
max:140 shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Morning run from our hotel in Moncton, New Brunswick. Ran on a nice path along the river (that extends far beyond the distance that I covered).

Running 45:00 [2] 5.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Morning run from a bed and breakfast that we were staying at in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Very nice town. I did the short run into town, then ran out along the ridge of one of their dikes until the path ended and it was overgrown enough not to be runnable (about half a mile out), then ran on the rail-trail in town, then through some of the town streets.

Running 48:00 [2] 5.25 mi (9:09 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Morning run in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, mainly along a rail-trail, but including a run along the waterfront and through the downtown area. Felt very sluggish to begin with, as I'm not a real good morning runner (and it was a moist, foggy morning, that didn't exactly boost my mental energy), but felt better after a mile or so.
