Pickleball (Lefthanded) 1:15:00 [3]

Had some very competitive games, winning two and losing one, and a fairly non-competitive game, winning easily. Still some definite holes in my left-handed game but things are improving, slowly (kind of like my right arm/hand!).

Pickleball (Lefthanded) 1:30:00 [3]

Rec Center, drop-in play. First time in a while that virtually every one of my games was enjoyable. Even got to play a couple of games with and against trailsnail, which hasn't happened in nearly forever. And as usual, I feel that my left-handed skill level is very slowly improving, with my main weaknesses being high backhand volleys, anything involving finesse, and overheads.

Walking (Dog walk) 1:05:40 [1] 3.71 mi (17:41 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Venture 3

Longish walk with the dogs on a cool cloudy day with very light rain falling. Looks like the weather will be worse later and tomorrow, so I figured I'd give them a few miles as a workout while the weather was semi-tolerable.

Pickleball (Lefthanded) 1:15:00 [2]

I think I played in 4 games, and lost all of them, but all were sufficiently enjoyable that it was worthwhile playing. First game I think we lost 13-11 or so (Alan and I vs Whitey and Len). Other games weren't as close but there were no blowouts. Felt I played reasonably well, for left handed. I'm guessing I'm playing at about a 3.0 level left handed, vs maybe a 3.5 to 4.0 level right handed (on a scale of 1-5, with 1.0 being a total beginner and 5.0 being the best players in Rochester).
