Pickleball (Lefthanded) 1:30:00 [3]

Quite a few good games. I tried, briefly, playing right handed hitting around with Cheryl, and then later, with Paul. Soft shots near the net (dinks) were no problem at all. Didn't do very well on ground strokes though -- not nearly enough strength yet to hit those the least bit well. (I'm better left-handed than right-handed on ground strokes, I can conclude.)

Afternoon run, after pickleball, taking advantage of mid-50's temperature, with Hanna. GPS was totally uncooperative, so no reception from start to the turnaround; then it finally decided it would acquire satellites.

Late-evening walk. No rain when we started, but light rain started falling when we were around half way back.

Thanksgiving day morning run (in lieu of fighting the crowds at the Webster race) with Hanna and trailsnail. At Gosnell field, with once through the Meadow loop trail. Tough going for some reason, even though the footing wasn't terrible (an inch or two of snow, not really muddy underneath). We were going very slowly yet it felt like I was working way too hard for that pace.

Also I see that I accidentally turned off the GPS about 3/4 of the way through the last lap, and then when I thought I was turning it on at the end, actually turned it back on for our short cool-down walk. Hopefully trailsnail's track will be more accurate ...
