Late afternoon dog walk. First walk for me of over a mile in several days. Hip issue (pulled muscle, I still think) has still not disappeared, in fact it's probably no better than a week ago, which is certainly discouraging. It's quite possible that playing pickleball on Thursday wasn't a good idea, as it felt distinctly worse on Friday than it had on Thursday.

Outdoor pickleball, at Webster Park. I played actual games (as opposed to drills), but didn't tax myself too much. My hip didn't bother me while playing; I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if there are any negative after effects.

Walk with the dogs around the big block. Right hip is feeling a good 50% better than it did yesterday morning, so progress seems to be happening.

Pickleball, just drills again, so I wouldn't be tempted to do any running and possibly set back any improvements in my pulled hip muscle.

Approx sum of two dog walks today, one late morning and one late afternoon.

Nursing a sore hip (presumably a pulled muscle), so no games for me tonight, but lots of good drills with trailsnail, and then with trailsnail and Mike S., and then with those two plus Paul. I was very careful to not run at all, in order to not aggravate my injury.
