Some course setting and some mapping at Alasa. Map will be far from perfect for next weekend's meet, at least on my side (east side) -- Doug's side looks in better shape. But what a great area -- most of the woods are open so there isn't a whole lot of vegetation that needs to be mapped, and the main features are contours which are pretty accurate straight from the Lidar output. There are lots of what looks like old logging roads, most of which aren't real prominent and are mapped as indistinct trails even though they're wider than what one usually thinks of as an indistinct trail. I keep finding more, so it's certain that they're not all on the map, but they're really of limited use anyway, compared to the contours.
