Running ("Long") 1:03:30 [2] 6.26 mi (10:09 / mi) +100ft 10:00 / mi

Recently I've felt pretty comfortable running at, say, 9:30 per mile for a while -- no strain at all. The problem is that after about 2 miles, what felt very easy at the beginning has gotten to near-impossible. Running much slower, say 10:15/mile or slower, just isn't comfortable for me. So I decided to extend my distance by taking a 1-minute walking break after each mile.
HJ trail; started at Klem Rd, ran SE at first, the finished with one mile out and one mile back going NW. Low to mid 80's, but amazingly comfortable due to low humidity. Most of the route (maybe 80%) was in the shade which obviously helped, but even the sunny spots didn't seem too bad.
