Late afternoon dog walk, just before dark.

I just discovered that my Fitbit talks to the GPS in my phone and gives a trace of where I've been. This was a very mundane dog walk, through the woods at the end of the street, but I'm just exploring and getting used to this function with is kind of nice, and a total surprise which shows how backwards I am in today's technology. The trace of previous dog walk, around mid day, was also done using the Fitbit/phone.

Indoor track at the Eastside Y. Basically alternated one lap walking with one lap running. Trying to slowly get my legs and the rest of my body used to doing a bit of running again. Very rough estimate of average pace.

I did a short fitness room workout after the walk/run.
