Biking (stationary) 46:00 [2] 7.0 mi (6:34 / mi)

This was a new one for me. I took a class at the Eastside YMCA, "Silver Cycle", described as "A cycle class designed for older adults." It was a decent workout, which I'll probably try again. My lack of cycling conditioning was quite evident. I'm a bit skeptical of the distance that is recorded on these bikes (special stripped down stationary bikes, not nearly as elaborate as ones in a typical fitness room). During warmups, I was going at an easy pace in a low gear for 6-8 minutes and it said I had covered only around 0.2 miles. And at the end of the 45+ minute class, the instructor asked if anyone had more than 10 miles, and a few did, which she thought was very impressive. And that would be only a 12 mph or so pace, which seems to slow given how hard some of them were working. My pace would average a puny 9 mph.

Couldn't pass up a 60 degree day, so I went for a short late afternoon run. Didn't go far but it was better than nothing.
