Eastside Y cycling class. This one wasn't targeted specifically at old people, unlike the other few times I've taken cycling classes there. I'd say about half the class was old (ie roughly my age) though. In any event, it seemed like more of a workout than the other three times I've gone. In fact, I bailed out at the 43 marks of the 45 minute class -- just decided I had had enough of a workout by then.
Checked the times and distances of the previous three cycling classes. In the first one I did, I covered 7 miles in 46 minutes. Second one, 11.7 miles in 50 minutes. Third one, 12.4 miles in 51 minutes. Today's class, 13.7 miles n 43 minutes. So no wonder I felt like I had a challenging workout.
