From the small parking lot at Creek and Plank. A few more walking breaks than I had intended, but not too bad. Nice weather, around 40, sunny, not much wind. Trying to get in shape for the 5-mile Thanksgiving day race.

From old school at Creek and Plank, with trailsnail. Intended to run on the sidewalks, but they hadn't been plowed for a couple of days, and there was about an inch of snow, which sometimes covered up icy spots. We bailed out to some side roads which were sometimes clear, sometimes snow covered, but better than the sidewalks. Walked 1 minute at the 1 mile and 2 mile marks.

Indoor track at the new Pittsford Y. Decent track, for indoors; 10 laps to a mile. Very long straightaways, but turns at the end are still tighter than I'd like.

The forecast is terrible but the weather at the moment wasn't that bad (very light snow, temp around 32 degrees), so I decided to get out for a run. More running and less walking than I've been doing lately so I guess that is some progress. Took two 1-minute walking breaks in a 28-minute run.
