Managed to do the run with only two 1-minute walking breaks, at 2.5 and again at 3.75 miles. Decent day for late November. Low 40's, not much of a wind.

Short but faster than my normal run. Nice day, and tomorrow's going to be a lot worse, so I wanted to get out. Waiting for plumber to come replace our water heater, but he wasn't coming for at least an hour so I was able to get out. Two fairly fast miles, then a 1 minute walk, then a final mile.

5 mile run with trailsnail, from the old school on Creek St. Took four 1-minute walking breaks. A few noticeable hills. Decent weather for late November, around 40, overcast, no appreciable wind.

Short run but no walking breaks so that was progress, plus marginally faster than my normal runs have been lately. I felt OK after the longer than usual (4.5) run yesterday.
