Short run at dusk. Had my headlamp on the last half of the run although I didn't really need it as I was on the 104 bike path and some lightly traveled side roads. Wasn't really feeling very peppy; ran 7 minutes / walked 1 minute and kept repeating that. I was exceptionally slow for the first half mile or mile, which was discouraging because I didn't feel like I was being all that much of a slacker. Things sped up after that a bit though.
