Run/walk, around the big block. Started out 90 sec run / 30 sec walk but quickly realized that if I was going to achieve my goal of nearly 2 miles, I'd have to back off a bit on the running. From that point on, I did 80 sec run / 40 sec walk.

Run/walk again: 90 sec / 30 sec. Slightly further and slightly faster than last time, plus there were some slight hills. Still a real struggle. I was totally out of gas when I hit the 1.5 mile mark which was my target.

I tried incorporating some hills into this walk by going to Lucien Morin Park. I was able to handle the hills OK, but the ground was generally frozen mud, sometimes with a think layer of snow on top, so I was a bit concerned about slipping and falling. My recovery is going decently but I'm not sure if a fall on hard ground would be a setback or not, and I didn't really want to find out.

"run"/walk, with 90 seconds "running" (at around 13 min/mile) and 30 seconds walking. Pulse still high when I started each walking break, around 140, but at least that's less than the 160 I was hitting last time (which makes sense because last time it was more running and less walking).
