On Maple Drive, from St. Rita's church. Started out running 2 min / walking 1 min but after 2 cycles of that, I realized I would run out of gas pretty fast. Went to 70 sec run / 50 sec walk, then 75/45. Finally, ended up with 2 min of steady running.
Heart rate is from Apple watch. I'm skeptical of an average heart rate of 161 because that is high for me, especially with all of the walking breaks.
Walk/run on the indoor track at the Eastside Y. Approx 45 sec running / 45 sec walking. Distance is from my Apple watch. I didn't count laps. The distance seems reasonable based on my ratio of running to walking and my estimated pace at each.
