Used the Apple watch for the GPS track. It went to pause at one point (on Wall Rd) and I didn't realize it for a couple of miles, then it took me a bit to figure out how to get it off pause. The mileage and time are from the bike's odometer.

I'm definitely not in any kind of biking shape.
