Warm day, mid 80's. HJ trail, but it wasn't really any cooler there than a few miles south where I live. No dog for a change -- Cheryl took him to HJ for a walk earlier, so I figured he didn't need a nice hot run. I didn't run far, but I tried to run more continuously than normal.
