2149km in last year
thats my best performance ever!
and if i take it a count NOV2006-NOV2007 it's even better.. almost 300 hours and 2330 km.. for me it's a lot.
to compare:
1995 - 1675 km (was 16 and started to train rather seriously after training camp with Salkauskas. Tadelis was there I think)
1996 - 1725 km
1997 - 1707 km
1998 - 1246 km (entered Academy)
1999 - 1213 km
2000 - 1305 km
stopped loging after that.. but it was ~3 years of much less activity.

best performance last year:
running: 8 km - 26:31 (3:19 / km) Zasliai. 15JUL
orienteering: nothing to say.. was in very good shape in LTU CHAMP middle, but mistakes were too big. 8th place in LTU Champs night is probably the best result ever..

that's about it.. after very successful ending of 2006 season, was hoping to have some better results in orienteering..

next year will be different. much less training I suppose. we'll see.
