Last 3rd day of Vilnius 07.
This was my first time in Vilnius 3day competition in elite class. Didn't feel strong enough, but good experience anyway.
Was tired, many small mistakes, need some serious recovery session.
Plan is too do only morning runs for couple days and swimming if I feel not sick anymore.
Any suggestions?
Next weekend will be busy again: 2 races.

spiked:14/23c slept:8.5 (sick) shoes: Jalas Black FLX
very demanding race, more physically I would say.
6 minutes of mistakes, few wrong route choices on long runs.
Was quite disappointed about ability to run but hope to recover after sickness and get better maybe tomorrow..

Friday May 11

felt OK. As for sprint - too many mistakes (2 minutes), had to run slower.
hope to get better tomorrow if I will feel good.
Didn't feel knee injury during race, but it was short.

sore thoat. didn't pay attention to that for couple days, but this morning it was bad.. still trying to ingore it and hope to participate in weekends competition.. :-/

Did it very slow, couple small mistakes..
feel week, almost sick, still trying to move :)
orienteering itself was quite nice, but not running..

it's just not possible to swim slow with Valdas..
I guess everybody thinks we are crazy when he starts his swimming intervals :D
