poor quality sleep. ideas about not going back for B final. some cake for breakfast.

warm up. still no entusiasm for race. some running on path and through green forest.

misqounted time till start and had very short stretching session. actually it was conducted inside start area..

LTU champs B final.
Got interested in race the same time I heard a beep at the start.
Everything went really well. Four tiny mistakes 90" as a whole.
Felt good and concentrated. Was first.. Self-confidence went up from the bottom.. :)
After such a perfomance it would be nice to compare to A final, but unfortunately courses were different.
Its also kind of tradition good perfomance after bad day. Conclusion after this champ: somehow I need to learn how to have correct mood and concentration for important races..
And the next LTU champ (long) is next saturday!

long cool down with Valdas and Edvardas. Were exchanging good and bad experiences during these 2 days and in some way preparing for the next champ..

LTU champs middle qualf.
one extremely huge mistake ~9' and whole purpose of race has gone away. 16th place, no finals.
It's getting a bad tradition to perform like that in a importatnt race: first two quarters almost ideal and then huge mistake, which destroys everything. was waiting for this and trying to avoid but unfortunatelly didn't.
No excuses, fucked up day.

Feel very disapointed.
short sauna session, some swimming in the lake, some beer.

Vilnius O thursday 10th tour. one big ~2' mistake, couple smaller as well.
new map, interesting course. very wet and a bit cooler than recent days.
Wasn't pushing hard, maybe a little bit at the end but made a mistake after that.
