very very easy.. muscles were wooden at the beginning

sprint is one of my favorite disciplines, but not in Vingis park.. its green and there's no easy as I imagine sprint running.. many mistakes (~3'), quite poor performance..

very intensive run, was tired from the first lap..
was almost dieing at the beginning of the 5th lap.. couldn't breath and lowered speed dramatically.. lost my 10 place.. was 11th
very happy with a result if the distance is true.

hope to see results one day because organization wasn't excellent as always..
can only think.. would it be better not to run in O sprint..

Vilnius O Thursday, last spring tour.
didn't have too much energy before start but was expecting to have intensive run. Was running really fast few times. Luckily feet/toe felt almost ok and could have some fun..
was quite a bit of climb..

changed shoes, it helped a bit, so did longer morning loop.
