felt weak after long run yesterday. couple big mistakes in the swamp. didn't put too much effort, was thinking about sprint on the next day.

thought something is wrong with my head, but few other guys told the same so i guess the map is peace of crap.. also I had no energy and not concentrated enough. it was long, but took it easy, hope to be ok tomorrow and the whole weekend: 4 O races are waiting..

LTU O team selection (spectator) long race.
back in the forest after 1.5 month wasn't easy.. also very poor quality computer printed map (a problem at this scale: 1:15000), which was almost impossible to read sometimes..
~15' of mistakes.. [during split analysis counted 20'20" of mistakes..]
overall quite disappointed, but good beginning of the autumn season.
running shape was OK

also some very nice swimming in the lake.
