New Year's Regatta (Vilnelė river).

Forgot to charge my lamp battery - running in the dusk. No luck in finding 13th CP (desperately aiming from different landmarks).

2 CP - course. Running with no light. So i was using only park trails with lamps.

Vilnius New Year's Run. Beat my last year result (54:09), and set new PR (51:30). Weather is better this year. Don't feel tiredness, so it looks like i am more fit this year.

From home to Antakalnis and back home (after night-o).

Running with a black/white copy of map (Lyglaukiai). Lots of trenches and it was hard to distinguish it from vegetation boundaries (on b/w map). My lamp battery was not fully charged so on the way to the 15th controlpoint i left with no light and had to finish my course (skipped 15, 16).

Went to Vingis park after 10pm, the lights were already turned off. Could not see my watch in the darkness and control pace. Started too fast and could not keep the pace in the second half of the run. Felt some pain in the right lower leg, i think it's anterior shin splits (i have this problem for a long time - then running fast on a hard surface).
