Strength&Stretch 40:00 [3]

Orienteering 1:01:31 [4] *** 9.3 km (6:37 / km)
spiked:14/18c shoes: Asics (Gel-Mojave)

Karačiūnai. Very poor start. Couldn't find first point, almost lost while running to third. One big mistake at the end - i took powerline for a road (maybe i need glasses). On the second part of the course started feeling pain in knee and had to slow down. ~5' of mistakes.
My route.

Running warm up/down 6:00 [2]
shoes: Asics (Gel-Mojave)

Strength&Stretch 25:00 [3]

Cycling 47:55 [3] 17.47 km (2:45 / km)
shoes: Merida Matts TFS 100

Home - Karačiūnai forest.

MTBO race 34:55 [4] ** 7.0 km (4:59 / km)
spiked:7/7c shoes: Merida Matts TFS 100

My route: 9.91km, 33:34 (3:23 /km). So i spend 1'21" for punching and for few stops to check the map more accurately. Tuned up my map table and now it rotates. It helps a little. I still see that i have to learn a lot to handle bike properly in the forest.

Cycling 46:02 [3] 15.8 km (2:55 / km)
shoes: Merida Matts TFS 100

Karačiūnai forest - home.
