Vilnius championship - long. I think i made all possible orienteering errors today. Lost concentration in the middle of the course and skipped 9th control point. Ran straight from 8th to 10th. Realized it only then i got splits at the finish. So the final result is - disq. I hope it will be a good lesson for me.

ps. i was singing in my head again:) so it's not a problem of low running speed (if it's a problem at all:).
pps. i drank a bottle of highly caffeinated drink before start, maybe it could cause my "lack of concentration".

Neris. Rowing with Gedas. Excellent weather. Half way against the stream - 50'. We tried to "climb" VIlnelė, but there was not enough water - 15'. Downstream - 25'. It was good quality rowing session - and not too long to become boring.

Medžiakalnis. Easy running and singing Владимир Высоцкий songs in my head. One big mistake ~4' and few smaller ~20". One little girl asked me to show current place on the map. After this she asked how she can get to her next control point (send her to run by the swamp, maybe i would better send her to run to the finish:) Lost few minutes then i could not find CP that was behind big tree and i could not see it (control description was hill). Should i count it as my mistake?:)

Totally disoriented from the start. I would better not train today at all. Felt strong pain in the right knee at the end of the stage and could not cycle anymore (finished on foot).
