Running (morning run) 3:40:00 [2] 30.0 km (7:20 / km)
slept:6.0 shoes: Asics (Gel-Mojave)

4th stage. ~1h of mistakes. After skipping night stage - i was out of competition and had no plan to run this stage. But then i woke up, i heard announcement: "20 minutes before 4rd stage start closing". Decided to run it "out of nothing to do".

Note

100km tourist marathon. I felt strong, but my eyes were tired after the sunny day (vision was very poor) - so i decided to skip 3rd (night) stage (the most interesting one:). I think it was a good decision for my body and it won't take me long to recover. Overall i am disappointed about this event. I don't like this format (orienteering in 1:50000 poor quality map with few control points). The idea of this competition is to test/prepare for summer mountain(or some other) expeditions. I think it's a bad test and a bad type of training - just a good way to get injury. Don't plan to participate in it next year...

Burbiškės. The worst orienteering experience i have ever had:) Don't know how many times i wanted to take off:) After Vilnius2007 and this course i am thinking that orienteering is not for me. Definitely...:) but it still was fun:)
my route.

ps. drank two bottles of beer immediately after the course - i hope it'll help me to avoid getting o-psychological trauma.

Strength&Stretch 50:00 [3]

Feel pain in the left wrist while doing push up's. Looks like it's injury from MINI-EKO. And my legs haven't recovered yet...

Running 34:00 [2] 5.5 km (6:11 / km)

Running with dog. A bit too hot for me. The good thing is that were are more girls in Vingio parkas in such weather:)
