Training camp, day 4.
12am. Smiltynė. Corridor orienteering. I had very bad start - huge mistakes on 2,3,4 control points. Ran out of the corridor few times. Almost no mistakes on the second part of the course.

7pm. Pūstalaukis. DISQ. Total failure. I have done incalculable number of mistakes(i was lost almost all of the time:) and decided to quit... Don't know what to say... So much training and no improvement...

9am. Morning run to the sea and back with Valdas.

12am. Nida. Sandra planned 6 short(~5KP) o-courses with start/finish at the same place. Each of us set one course and ran all of them like in the relay. Really fun training.

6am. Running around Pervalka forests with head lamps.

8am. Morning run from Pervalka to the sea and back.

11am. Juodkrantė. Picking up yesterdays nigh-o controls. Using relief only map.

4pm. Alone on the road near Pervalka (while others were cycling to Nida).

6pm. Training camp with Valdas, Rasa, Kristina, Sandra and Evaldas.
Juodkrante - night course. DISQ. Couldn't find third control point, also made lot of other mistakes (like losing direction). Skipped biggest part of the course, so it was just night running with some o-elements.

Don't feel fit for training... Maybe vitamins would help... Couldn't find "Geriavit Pharmaton" in local drugstores. So far it was the only vitamins with positive effect for me. Bought "Gerimax Multi Energy".

Once again searching for a road running shoes in Vilnius sport shops. Once again without luck. Maybe i have to think about starting my own shoe store business (and changing my name to Al Bundy:)
