Testing my current form. 3x1km - slow walking in between while heart rate drops below 120bpm ~2:30.
3:32 173/194 not bad
3:42 180/196 bad
3:58 176/194 awful (very heavy legs).
At least i don't feel shin splints then running fast. Maybe because of better running technique, but very likely it's just consequence of adrenaline boost.
