31c shoes: VJ Integrator

Klajunas marathon (Vadoksnas). Ran 75% of the course behind Simonas Krepsta (started 3min after me). Burn out at the end.

VP with Vidute and Kyska. Warm up - 24.5min, warm down - 11min.

8x450m. (1:23 ~ 1:32) with (1:00 ~ 1:30) jog between intervals. Girls said that my upper body motions are constrained way too much.
