Really yucky day (rain and cold). Running from school to Chedoke for TNT night with Bob, JBird and the Hammer. Nice gentle run in wet wet grass with some muddy slippy hills on the Winter Rally route. Legs felt good. Nice to be running lots again! Back to school along King. Oh yeah, forgot to say 10X stairs.

From school to meet Bob and up to Chedoke to meet TNT crew (JBird, Hammer, M). Little bits of warm up runs. Ran back to school via Longwood and King with Bob and JBird. Legs felt tired and lungs felt old. Knee complained just a wee bit while on pavement back to school. Had a good stretch after. Had an afternoon nap today (30min).

Intervals around Clubhouse. 5 X 2min? with 2 min breaks between. Felt tired! (I think I need more sleep!).

10 X Chedoke stairs. Alternating double/single steps. Felt strong.

Warm up and cooldown after DB workout. Loops around High Park and around trails

Stair races; 100+ push-ups; static and eccentric lowering chin-up holds; running exercises (A's); lunge-hops; hopping on both, then on each foot up amphitheatre steps X 8; step ups X 50 each foot. Legs feel tired now. Wondering how this training schedule will work out with running on Tues nights. Intervals will hurt tomorrow!!

Beautiful day! From school to Dundas Valley trails. Practiced bike nav off of RTH map. Hoards of Sunday strollers slowed things down a bit. Getting to know the area a little better now!
