MTB (Trails and roads) 1:30:00 [3]
Legs felt super tired today. Phew. Need to work on the endurance!

Also found some cute little kittens on the trail way out in the middle of nowhwere. Someone's castoffs? Anyway, I discovered that it's kinda hard to ride with a wiggly kitten tucked under your arm.
C • Kittens 5
Paddling 1:00:00 [2]
Down the middle channel of the Ottawa. I'm logging this because I actually felt like the upper body was getting a workout on the flat sections!

DV with TVP. Good quick pace. Hills felt killer after the stair workout yesterday. It was good to hear all of TVP's adventure science stories.

My legs are sore, and I think I'm battling a wee bit of a cold.

3 x 3 Sets of Tommy Hillflyer's stair workout: singles, hockey strides, crossovers, single hops, and double hops.

check out the local michigan news for coverage from last weeknd's Rage: http://www.local-edition.com/content/?p=322

Apparently none of my words were included in the interview with Tiny. He must be much more well-spoken than I. However, you can see the bobkittens in full action as we ran around in circles through the woods.
C • That's hilarious that they ... 1

Adventure Racing 11:00:00 [3]
I've sooo been meaning to write a story about this wonderful bobkitten experience, but finishing up school and the copious amounts of beer-drinking it involves has kept me from dedicating my time to it..... :)

Tuesday Jul 8

Running 1:15:00 [3]
Nice n' easy TNT Tapering run. Did Escarpment Rally.

Monday Jul 7

Running 35:00 [2]

Not actually sure of the total running time here, but it wasn't super-long. Ran around on the Heart Lake Conservation Area map. Wanted to go for a dip in the lake afterward but the beach was closed to swimming since the water quality wasn't up to the conservation authority's "standards"!

Feeling tired and lethargic and heavy today.

Sunday Jul 6

Around Orills with Phatty! Trying to sweat some of the booze out...
C • No Leanimal? 5

C • Were you being towed? 2

Tuesday Jul 1

Running intervals 30:00 [4]
Tough laps around the Resevoir tonight. Did 1-2-3-2-1 laps, which translates roughly to 2-4-6-4-2 minutes although apparently our 3 lapper took us over 7. Whoopsie! I guess since the Pith isn't here anymore the pace has dropped off a tad? We were admittedly lackadaisical this evening, however, MrMTB (not sure what his official alias is..) did some stairs while TVP and I looked on in awe.
Running warm up/down 50:00 [2]
