Yes, I ran ON the ski trails. Didn't think they would still be ski-able, but it looks as though they are. I don't think I inflicted much dammage with my runners though since the base was almost solid ice. Nice hilly terrain and a beautiful day!

Slow run out of town away from the pulp mill and towards a beauty sunset (and a few barking dogs). Friggin shoes started rubbing my arch so had to take my insoles out about a third of the way through. Maybe I need a new pair!
