Running 1:40:00 [2]19 km (5:16 / km)
Ouf! One of those days where you feel like your legs never quite warm up. Might have had something to do with the fact that it was 1 degree and rainy/wet out!

Carried a pack in prep for the Dirty Divas Do Killarney next weekend! Yeeeeehaaaa! Hey Leanimal, maybe we can win the training photo contest with some Killarney shots!

I don't know how to do this in a fancier way (i.e. be able to link the webpage to this entry simply through a word instead of the entire url) so here is the link to my route today in long format: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=819919

Thanks Bash! I knew I'd seen that somewhere. Okay, to check out my really cool running route click HERE!!!

Maybe time for a nap now.

Note
Feel a bit of a cold coming on. A nose cold to be exact. Decided I should probably stay in out of the cold cold rain outside and stay inside eating dairy queen.

Note
Here's a photo of Leanimal and hansel training their balance skills in a log jousting comp in Bon Echo a couple of springs ago. Yes, that is hansel.

Running 1:05:00 [3]13.2 km (4:55 / km)
Nice run out to the Fort Frances Airport. Oh, except for the part where I ran past the sewage treatment plant. That wasn't so nice.

Sunday Mar 25

Event: Around The Bay 30k Road Race

Other (Badminton!!!) 40:00 [3]
Last day of the Fort Frances Invitational Badminton Tournament. Me and my mixed doubles partner sucked. Badminton is no fun when you spend all your time missing the birdie and/or getting it smashed in your face. We lost the entire pool so I think I may but my racket into retirement.
My roomie Tina, however, managed to have her 5'11" self paired up with a 5-foot tall asian man who was the bees knees when it comes to badminton. They won the entire tourney.

I'm jealous but trying to pretend that I'm not.
