My morning study date got pushed back so I got to play soccer today with my intramural team at school Lots of slippy fun in the rain! And no female subs so I got to play the entire time!

Sore pecs and traps today from yesterday's circuit!!! That's always good news since I'm pretty sure that I have a tough time really pushing myself with strength workouts. My plan is to stick with it and end up loving it and becoming toned and buff and hard as bobkitten steel. Updates to follow...

Found a cool field with the occasional bench around its perimeter. I ran around the field and everytime I came to a bench I would spend a minute doing some strength exercises: sit-ups, sit-up twists, step-ups, planks, jump squats, push ups, one-armed incline push-ups.

Fun to do some strength stuff. My arms feel like jello!
